NH Collection Madrid Palacio de Tepa

The stuff was extremely accommodating and nice and the location was great, right at the center and close to many of the main attractions.

The perfect hotel, exactly what I was looking for! The highlights: - staff were friendly, kind, helpful, and patient - my room was a delight! I was placed on the top floor and my room had a skylight. It was so cozy and felt like a treehouse with the exposed wood ceiling. Adding a very comfy king size bed and a nice bathroom with a bathtub and I was a happy camper. - wonderful amenities! I enjoyed the varied breakfast every day, which included lots of options for vegetarians (aka me). The hotel also offers spa services and I booked a massage, which was wonderful and the perfect way to recover from an overnight flight -the location is centrally located and bustling. I appreciated being in a busy neighborhood as it never felt deserted even around midnight. Two important things to note about the property, though they were not issues for me: It is about 8-10 minutes walking to the closest metro, and up a slight hill, so that may not be ideal for everyone. There is currently construction happening on the street in front of the hotel, and there is some construction noise on the weekdays. 10/10 would stay here again!

Overall, our stay at NH Palacio de Tepa was great. The staff was very very attentive. The breakfast team, especially Joanna, Loredana, y Paola, were very efficient and available. Juan, at the evening was very attentive to our needs. The reception crew was very helpful. The location is very centric and there’s a lot to do in the surrounding Plazas

I stayed for 5 days in a Junior Suites (45 sm), the suites are either split level (Duplex), or on a single floor level with curved ceilings. I had the single floor level suite with sofa. The bathroom had rain shower without bathtub. The windows were distinctive of curved “black steel” French windows, with white wooden doors functioning like curtains (shut the door to enjoy privacy). My suite was on the 1st floor and with a close view of the street. The room was classic and grand. I really liked the electric towel drying rack, with temperature control mounted on the wall which functions from 7 pm - 10 am for any quick washes. Overall, great stay. Quiet hotel. SEE photos

AMAZING!!! Everything was wonderful. Before my stay the staff was very fast in replying to my messages and any questions I had. Upon arrival the room was ready before the check-in time, the check-in was done very fast by Daniel ( who was also really friendly ) Our luggage's were brought up by Jonathan, afterwards we were given an explanation on our room. Jonathan was very lovely and very friendly. The room was clean and exactly like the pictures. During our stay the service was also very amazing, if we called for amenities or room service it was done in a timely manner. The breakfast was wonderful you have a lot of options and they can make an omelet as well. We were also assisted by the lovely guest relations manager ( a gentleman with a beard ) with our questions regarding the Palace. When we were ready to leave Maria set us op with a taxi and another member of staff ( my apologies I did not see your name ) offered a wake-up call. Overall wonderful staff , a perfect room and great location very close by the city Centre. Would definitely come back!
